[/b] (Short Pointless Annoying Messages) - I have seen a lot of S.P.A.M. on other boards, and I don't want to see it on this board. Try to make Your sentences at least a full line long or 10 words [if you are in ooc it must be five words]. It is really annoying to see people getting exp. points or posts and not necessarily doing anything for it. When roleplaying, you want to make your message meaningful and actually move the story forward a little.
- The climate and temperature.
- Be more descriptive about your characters actions.
- Try to add some of your characters emotions.
- Describing the city/ area you are in.
- Tell some of what your character is thinking.
- When talking try to describe how the person speaks.
- When Entering an area, you will always be doing something tell what you are doing when you enter the area. (walked into, or arrived on boat, just something that tell where you came from, and how you got to where you are now.)
- Please check your grammar and spelling, There is a spell checker button that anyone can click before posting!
[/li][li]Don't Spam on the non role play sections either. All sentences in this area should be at least a 5-word sentence in the Non-RP sections, and at least a 10-word sentence in the RP sections. [/li][li]If SPAM is seen the person's post count will be lower. You have all been warned![/li][/ul][/ul] [/size]

[/b] - God Modding is the one major thing you do not want to do in a Duel or in RP all together. It can range from having invincible strength, reading minds, knowing things you aren't supposed to know about another character or simply acting 'God'-like in any RP situation. Interpretation of god modding is varied, but if you have to ask 'is this god modding?' to yourself or to a mod, you might as well not do it, at risk that it may be. God Modding is a major offense and if caught reffere to [Protocol] for the action that will be taken. If someone is god modding, be sure to report it [HERE].

[/b] [/b] - The Non-RPG sections are for out of character chatting(OOC) about real life events or role play; NOT as your role play character. Please don't post role play threads in OOC (Out of Character) areas.
-Role Playing Section- The RPG sections are specifically made for your character to role play in (somewhat) real time. This is where people have fun and can totally make up every aspect of their character! OOC conversation in the RPG section should be identified within "{}, [], (), or by saying OOC: blah blah blah."
-Hidden Links- Hidden Links, These are to help with quests or to help in the aide of our organization for the rules and styles and such. These are free for you to go in unless they are passworded.

[/b] - A Character is the fictional you, existing in the world of Martial arts and elemental magic, which travels around the Nations and interacts with other players in the RPG section.
- Each Player is required to create a Character and post a Biography Sheet (Aka Character Sheet) in the Database. The following is the order that you should follow once you have registered.
- Continue to read all of the rules
- Read up on the Plot & Theme
- Read through all of the character Choices
- Copy the format for your character Biography
- Post your character Biography in a new thread [here].
[/b] - Stats are now available to pick from in your Profile.
- For every 150 posts you gain one level, staring at level one. So you first reach 150 post you're a Level 2, not 1.
- Some of the OOC area will not count your posts when you post in them. The post count is off in them, So that people that are say random stuff don't get posts for doing so.
[/b] - The only means of gaining experience currently are through Posts (1 post = 1 point of experience) or Quests(coming soon).
Following are links to the POsting and Quests Area:

[/url][/b] - The world stores are the areas where you, the Player, can put your gold to good use and buy Helpful Items and Scrolls. (nothing in stores now)
- HOW TO...(coming when the stores are up.)
[/b] - Money is called Gil. For now, gil can only be gained through post counts, a player giving/trading gold to another. In the future there may be more events were a player can gain Gold, but for the time being, that is the only way.
-Items List- Items are given to Players by Monks, events, competitons, or obtained in shops (they are sort of like potions). Items, unless stated otherwise, can only be used once. Once an Item is used it is then discarded and deemed unuseable.
[/i][/ul][/li][/ul] [/li][li]Scrolls, like Items, are obtained in shops. Scrolls, unless stated otherwise, can only be used once. Once a Scroll is used it is then discarded and deemed unuseable. You may not tell anyone the passwords because once you use it it is redone with new words. - Scrolls will be listed as:
[/i][/ul][/li][/ul][/li][/ul] -Weapons- Weapon Rules include ability names and description, number of how many ability you can have, and what abilities you can have.
- Basic Rules
- Weapons are divided into one-handed and two-handed.

[/b] [/b] - Dueling challenges must be made in an official format. A player cannot make a duel challenge on an inane(crazy, moronic, idiotic, senseless, ect.) charge. It has to be based on something real. Insulting honor is something worrthy of a Duel challenge, however you cannot challenge someone to a duel because "they are an idiots" or "they pick their nose" or "they smell of rotten sushi", or other similar reasons.
- If a Monk or Master says that a charge is invalid, a dueling charge is invalid. This rule is not valid if the person being challenged is a Monk or Master. If player A challenges player B to a duel and player B does not accept the challenge or accepts and then does not show at the specified place and time, player B automatically forfeits the duel.
Person being challenged:
[/li][li]Interfering in a duel is not allowed. If a player "interferes' with a duel in progress, they will be ignored and the duel will continue as if it was not interefered with. [/li][li]Duels are one on one. You can challenge a player who killed your friend afterwards. If a player can find someone to duel for them, thats fine, as long as the player is of equal level to the opponent. [/li][li]You *could* have as many people in a duel as you want, if all parties agree on this. If anybody objects, its only 1:1. [/li][li]People participating in duels would NOT be considered PKs, thus would not be illegal. [/li][li]Duels should have a referee - Monk or Master - and is not manditory, however the first Monk or master to see rules being avoided we will have it manditory for a Monk or Master to be present at all duels. [/li][li]Remember, duels are always voluntary, so don't come crying later that you were unfairly killed if you didn't want to fight in the first place, though...[/li][/ul] Level Advantage- If a player doubles+ the opponent in level they have the most advantages in battle. (And declared an unfair match)
- If a player is within two levels of the opponent then they must be treated as near equals. (This counts for low level players as well. Such as a level 2 vs. a level 4 Player. They are still considered equal even if the level is doubled.)
- Everything in-between is interpreted by the two opposing players. While there are still advantages and disadvantages, no player can completely over power the other. (An example.. is perhaps a level 13 Water Bender could still overcome a level 19 Fire Bender.)
Player Death- When a character is killed or PKed, their bodies are protected by their element. They are taken from the field, back to their nation for recovery. The defeated player cannot return to the field they were killed in during the same day (unless otherwise specified). If there are wages or stakes on a duel, then whatever was promised automatically is put into the victorious player's inventory and taken out of the losing player's.
